Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

INMEDICAL THERAPEUTICS S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose do we process your personal data and why do we do it?
Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

How long will we store your personal data?

Once the data is no longer needed, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure its anonymization or complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No transfer of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, and only to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to process their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and undertakes to communicate any modification thereof.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. If not all data is provided, the quality and adequacy of the information and services offered cannot be guaranteed.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER declares that it complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, specifically with the principles established in Article 5 of the GDPR, which state that data must be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and must be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures required by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise those rights.
